“5 Stars – Exceptional Hospitality and a Wonderful Home Away from Home! I’ve stayed at SpringHill Suites in Scottsdale four times since I began traveling to the Phoenix area for work, and there’s a reason I keep coming back! The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the fitness facility is a great amenity. I especially appreciate the complimentary breakfast, which offers an impressive selection, including plenty of healthy options such...

“Qtip under edge of bed from previous guest. Liked having a kitchenette and walk in shower. Noises guests jumping around above. Otherwise nice facility”

“The room itself was spacious - nice kitchen (w/ refrigerator/stove/microwave/washer/dryer - furniture was cheap couch, dinette and never could get TV to work - Bathroom nice - Bed pretty good The property is located in a little seedier end of Scottsdale road - good sportsbar (Philly's) and a good breakfast diner across the street (front desk staff unaware of this ) If your traveling on a budget, acceptable solution - if you have a little more money, consider alternate location.”

“I needed a Phillips screwdriver to put my new license plate on my car. The staff member not only found a screwdriver but walked to my car and put it on for me too. Excellent customer service is difficult to find these days. It was refreshing to see it. Thank you to the kind staff member who went above and beyond.”

“Good nights rest. No problems here. Have stayed here before. Will come back”

“Spend the extra $30 and get a nicer hotel.”

“My favorite hotel. Stayed twice this summer. Fantastic rooms in the tower second time. I love the two pool areas and the property is beautiful. I also love the mid century feel, like going back in time. The location is ofcourse perfect.”

“good heated pool appeared clean nice bed great location”

“The Sunday breakfast options were confusing and lacking. Staff vacuumed around our table while we were trying to eat.”

“Clean”

“Clean hotel and super soft sheets! & Friendly staff!”

“friendly, clean, great price and got back to me within 2 minutes of communication”

“Really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was recently remodeled and everything looked and smelled great. Our room was really nice, loved the layout. Even had a doorbell! The walk-in shower had a ledge and grab handle, which I thought was a nice touch. We used both the pool and hot tub, very nice! Also took the hotel shuttle to a nearby sports bar for dinner. Our driver was super friendly! Actually, all the staff we came across were really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!”
