The only thing I would like is a place to store luggage after check out that is locked. We could leave our things in the lobby but since the other guests had access we felt a bit uneasy about leaving the things there unattended.”

“We had a Junior suite, room 4, and it had a lovely balcony which we used more than expected with its view of the top of the Duomo. Clean room, good towels and bed. Nice atmosphere. It was a joy to get to this hotel and we've never met so friendly and helpful staff in any hotel. Got some recommendations on spots to visit which actually became the highlights of our trip. Location is amazing, just two blocks from the Duomo. In the evening between 6-8 PM they offered free wine and snacks.”
