âA smooth checkin and pleasant room. We only had one night so it was a short stay, but budget friendly and a comfortable sleep. Convenient for the airport and train station, a 25 minute bus to the main attractions.â

âExceptional service, exceptional place! We couldnât be more happy with the stay. Great location, close to airport and train station and close to major sites. The team managing this B&B is 5 star. We stayed 4 nights and explored not only Pisa but Florence, Lucca etc. It was great coming back every day to a quiet place. The Breakfast was also terrific. The high rates they get are indeed well deserved. â

âFantastiskt bra hotell för pengarna. Vi var dĂ€r nĂ€r det var 35 grader utomhus, trots detta hade vi svalt pĂ„ rummet tack vare bra AC.
Rummet hade allt man önskar. Enda vi saknade pĂ„ förhand var frukost, men det fanns en mysig cafeteria i hotellobbyn med stort utbud och bra priser. Superbra!â

âOnly there for a short stay, 1 night and we arrived very late. Had contacts with the receptionist which was very helpful. When we arrived later than anticipated it wasnât a problem at all, reception open 24/7 and the late night shift was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night but from what reception we got I would look forward to stay there again in the future. They were helpful to give us breakfast to go for our next destination. â

âAn older but charming hotel with the most wonderful woman in the reception I've ever met. The hotel is a bit dated and old but very charming nonetheless. Super good location with close proximity to both the airport and train station. It had everything we needed for one night's stay. â
âClean, new apartment within okay walking distance to Pisa. However very shady experience as we believe someone was scouting the apartment one early morning. Got woken up and heard lots of noises inside then someone opening the door. You get an unique code for your stay to access the building and apartment, but if you can just turn a breaker to disable the lock completely (which we believe is what happened) then it's not really safe. âVery friendly staff, breakfast was good. Very close to the tower. Room was quiet, no disturbing traffic.
Met the owner Stefano in the lobby, he was very nice and chatty and good with children. He has owned the hotel for 50+ years. â

âThe hotel has perfect location, just next to the tower. The room was large, fridge and water boiler. Nice bathroom, quality towels. Some rooms have tower view, we choose room to other side, quiet and nice with balcony. No breakfast, but a restaurant/bar just outside. âVi hade en fantastisk vistelse pĂ„ the Rif under en kokhet julidag i Pisa; bemötande frĂ„n Simone i receptionen var outstanding! Vi fick komma in i svalkan, fick bra tips om restaurang och bjöds Ă€ven att sitta inomhus i AC i vĂ„r lĂ„nga vĂ€ntan pĂ„ flyget. Mycket bra! â

"Everything was as expected. Nice and accommodating staff, nice and clean room. AC could be cooler but it worked fine for the night. Good location and neighborhood."
"â First impression: very bad. An unprofessional older man at the reception said my Swedish ID card was invalid. He wanted a passport, even though it's an EU document.
â The ratings of this hotel are not real. Maximum 3/10. It only looks good in pictures.
â The breakfast is terrible. There's not even scrambled eggs, and the staff says they donât have access to the kitchen.
â Every time you want to leave the hotel, you have to leave the key, and in the evening, an old man has to open the gate for you.
