âWe had a slight issue upon check in, which was handled amazingly by staff. Things arise, and we all need to understand this. We decided to go for dinner and return. Upon our return we had oyr issue resolved :)
Staff: friendly, kind, up-beat, helpful and outgoing. Whatever questions we had, they were answered.
Rooms: clean, well maintained. Smelled nice due to diffusers.
Breakfast: it is definitely more of a European breakfast buffet. The cappuccino is excellent:)

âKom vid midnatt, inga problem eftersom receptionen Ă€r öppen 24h. Sov i 4 bĂ€ddsrum. Fantastiskt bra med egen sovkapsel som kan stĂ€ngas till, Ă€ven lĂ„sas, för egen privacy. Bra badrum pĂ„ rummet. SĂ€kert och tryggt. Bra omrĂ„de, nĂ€ra till tunnelbanan och nĂ„gon km till Termini. MĂ„nga restauranger i nĂ€rheten. Ta med handduk, eller hyr. Köp egen frukost, den som erbjuds Ă€r bara plastförpackad bröd. AffĂ€r finns i nĂ€rheten.

âGreat location close to Termini station. Lovely staff, run by a family. You get your own key and get an "apartment" in the building. It is like a mix between a hotel and a B&B. Very nice breakfast, much better than what is usually included in this level of hotel. Good value for money! Not a luxury hotel in any way but they have what is needed. Do stay here, you wont be disappointed.â
