“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “Een fijn vakantiehuis, zowel bij mooi als slechter weer. Grote tuin met heerlijk zwembad, maar bij kouder weer heel ruim en gezellig binnen, twee knusse haarden, een collectie dvd's etc. Een prima huis om met een grote familie in te verblijven. Enige nadeel is misschien dat het wel vrij afgelegen ligt en in de heuvels, dus je moet best veel rijden om dingen te zien. Verder heerlijk en hele vriendelijke communicatie met de lokale beheerder.”

Die Kinder und die Erwachsenen hattten auf dem Grundstücke genug Platz um gemeinsame zu verweilen oder auch sich zurück zu ziehn. Ein toller Pool, guter Zufahrtsweg und der Strand nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto haben den Aufenthalt abgerundet. Jeden Morgen kam Lino vorbei und hat sich um die Aussenanlagen gekümmert und 2 mal gab es frische Eier von den Hühnern. “We hade a great stay in the villa during 9 unusually hot days in June. The fans in the bedrooms were definitely needed. We were 3 families 6 adults and 7 teenagers between 16-19. At the outdoor eating area we had both breakfasts and many home cooked dinners. The kitchen was quite well equipped and it was great with 2 ovens when we were so many. The slow two slice toaster was on the other hand a nuisance in the mornings. There was also something wrong with the electricity in the kitchen area...

Rolling hills, incredible sunsets and the spacious living areas and grounds, made it a holiday to remember. Luisa and family were very welcoming and attentive hosts. They all were happily surprised by the nice pool, standard o the house and not least the hospitality of Signora Paola. At several occasions we combined a day at the pool with an afternoon at the beach. The house kept rather cool in spite of high temperatures. Lovely in all senses!”
