“Our stay here was brief. We stayed just one night between leaving our cruise ship and flying out of San Juan. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there, but the hotel staff was very friendly and quickly prepared our room. The rooms were a good size and there was a fridge in our room. “The staff was great. When the elevator temporarily broke they offered to carry our bags upstairs. This is a great hotel for a night. Grocery store and restaurants within a short walk.”

“The only negative I can say about this hotel is that it’s understaffed so the check-in process was horrible as when we arrived at the hotel there was nobody at the front desk. So we have to wait in a half an hour before someone showed up☹️ Otherwise the location, the room and the view were gorgeous👍”

“Overall a great stay, very conveniently located and fully equipped. There were some technical difficulties with check-in. Just make sure to call Otium for room details even if you perform the online check-in. Since these are apartmentments, you need the room number and code to get in, otherwise check in is a pain, but the room was clean spacious and very organized. The apartments overlook the ocean or the views of the bay and the city. Very well equipped and Otium responds very quickly...
