“Close to the PAC”

“The hotel is perfectly located to enjoy Appleton, Lawrence University, Saturday farmers market and some great restaurants. They also have a nice pool. The very mild issue was the Harvest restaurant breakfast which was disappointing. There are good restaurants close by though so overall it wasn’t an issue. Also, Starbucks is in the hotel. We’ve stayed before and will definitely stay again!”

“Our room was very dirty, the bed was hard as a rock, and when we arrived to our room the door wasn't even shut. That is because the door sticks so bad you have to pull it hard to shut it. The pool area was nice. It was just my 10 year old son and I that stayed for 5 days. Very disappointed and would not stay again”

“We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them. “It was more like an extended stay facility and not so much like the average hotel. The icemaker is in the refrigerator or other than a big machine down the hall. The bed was a bit too close to the wall, but other than that, the room was comfortable.”

“Everything is great except they like to book folks next to eachother, probably trying to make it easy for the housekeeping crews. However, walls are thin so when my neighbors were making noise, I could hear everything. I come for work alone 12hr days and some night shifts on the highway as a heavy equipment operator. I’ve expressed my need for quiet many times but the memo doesn’t always get to all the front desk clerks.”

“Very run down which I normally don't mind but this hotel had a chain link fence around half of it and a musty/moldy smell permeated the rooms. We booked it because it has a hot tub, which was broken. There were no sign indicating it was broken or being repaired but it was colder than the pool! .”
