Never again - it is in a very poor state of disrepair with many things broken and staff have an apathetic attitude towards customer service. Dont believe the manager when she says the air conditioners are being fixed - we were told the same thing nearly a year ago and still broken. “We were there to book in at 14:00 when we could book in, our room was not ready! It was not cleaned yet and we had to get ready for a wedding!! We had to wait till 14:50 till they were done cleaning and had to be atvthe wedsing T 16:00. We had to do our make up outside in the heat and was sweating because they were busy and we could not so it in the room with the aircon on. I had to rush doing my and my daughters hair. We were not impressed at all!”
