“Very nice place near the Pisa Tower. Beautiful view from room window. A bit scary lift that takes a very long time to travel between two floors. As there is no indicator if the lift is moving you can get nervous if it is stuck! Happened to me! Very quiet when it moves too. So take your time with that. No lobby, no breakfast area.”

Some rooms have tower view, we choose room to other side, quiet and nice with balcony. No breakfast, but a restaurant/bar just outside. There are several not so easy stonecstairs, no elevator, no help with luggage. Communication was limited. Not staffed all the time.
