“I stayed at this villa with 8 other people and it worked well as a home base for us as we traveled to Loro Piceno for a friend's wedding. Pros: There was plenty of space, a well-stocked industrial kitchen (and kitchenette in the side house), each bedroom had its own bathroom, pool was nice and overlooked an amazing view. “The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return.”

“We stayed at "Casa Wales" for 4 nights with friends, and found the house in perfect condition - both clean and welcoming. Easy check in thanks to the detailed instructions we got from the host Iain. Overall, the house was very well equipped and stylishly decorated, everything worked and the outside dining area was lovely to enjoy for lunches, dinner and drinks. “Unique, clean and beautiful remodeled tower. Traveling with family (5 total), there was plenty of space and accommodations had a full kitchen (we mainly used for breakfast). Location about a mile walk to the old town square. We drove to the Mojano lot due to our son with special needs (8 minute drive).
