“We had a lovely stay. The house is quit near the village but no to near. It is quiet at night. Any problems were fixed very fast. The house offers wonderful views along with a small but very clean pool. It is very near Siena and Florence which makes it an ideal base for trips”

“Gott om utrymme för vårt sällskap på 25 personer. Vi var väldigt nöjda med lokaler och rum som hade egna badrum. Härlig pool som vi nyttjade dessa varma dagar. Första kvällen hade vi bokat deras kock som lagade pizza till oss. Det gjorde att vi kunde lägga vår tid på att packa upp och bo in oss. Gott och trevligt. Om det ska nämnas något minus så är det den krokiga och smala vägen till huset som var lite besvärlig på vissa ställen. Vi hade även önskat att det var en bättre miljö station som var...

“We had a great stay here. The house was bigger than we thought and the outdoor area was wonderful for dinners. We all loved the pool area. Overall location is so convenient for Siena and exploring the countryside. Simone and Francesca were incredibly helpful with recommendations. Would stay here again!”

“Wow! Even better than the photos. The house is very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Alessandro was the perfect host and was very welcoming. We spent most days in the pool and evenings sitting on the patio area watching the wildlife. It was the perfect base to explore the beautiful countryside and towns. I only wish our stay had been longer and I really hope we can return. ”

“Es har uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Der Pool ist fantastisch, die Terasse wunderbar. Die Betreuung durch Roberto immer nett und sehr zeitnah.Wir würden uns für die Zukunft über Auflagen für die Liegen an der Wohnung freuen. Falls irgendwann mal die Matratze im Doppelbett getauscht würde, wären zwei einzelne Matratzen besser. Dann wird man nicht wach, wenn die andere Person sich dreht oder aufsteht.”

“Wonderful stay here. View from garden is beautiful over rolling hills for sunsets. Pool is magnificent and set on ridge with 270 degree views, quite something in the evening. Pool and tennis shared with 3-4 other families but pool is big enough to cope with that. Fans in rooms just about make up for no air con, was 37 when we were there. Communication with Ian and Jacky was great. 5-10mins drive up unmade road very dusty but not too bumpy. Serena cooked for us one night which was really good....

“We simply loved the place. The outdoor area and the view was all we dreamed it would be. It was a bit hard to find the place and the written info was put away in a book shelf so we didn´t find that till after a while. But that was just a minor thing. Our hos Federico was most helpful and responded quickly to all our questions.”

“The apartment is at the heart of the small village, central to several great restaurants and practically across the street from the incredible 11th century abbey. The place was very clean and has been recently renovated, but still had a very historic feel to it. Emanuel, our host, was very friendly and gracious. He offered several personal recommendations to restaurants and a wine tasting at a nearby castle, all of which were great! Would definitely stay here again!”

“A fantastic, beautiful location to explore San Gim and surrounds. We were warmly greeted on arrival by Laura & Andrea with a glass of their excellent wine. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. Pool area is lovely. Breakfast is fab! The walks around the vineyards are lovely and our dog loved being there. Wine tasting is a must!”

“Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist von der Größe perfekt für zwei Personen. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und von der Lage perfekt gelegen. Die Anlage mit dem Poolbereich war ebenfalls super schön. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hat sich täglich liebevoll um die Anlage gekümmert.”

"L’hotel è davvero molto ben curato e arredato con ottimo gusto e nei dettagli. Pulitissimo! La colazione è molto ricca e davvero deliziosa. Penso che questo hotel offra una qualità molto alta per essere un tre stelle S, potrebbe averne anche quattro di stelle senza nessun problema. Nelle stanze aria condizionata, tv un po’ piccolina ma ok. Letto comodissimo, arredamento rustico. Sono stata molto soddisfatta. "
