Giovani was a great help and communicated very well with changes and checkin. He was is a gracious and wonderful host! I look forward to retuning to this lively home again with my family! The road leading up to the property is somewhat dramatic, but one quickly gets used to it - and the views along the way are absolutely breathtaking. We had some small issues during our stay but the owner and onsite staff were very accommodating, and the issues that arose were promptly addressed.Overall, we spent two wonderful weeks at the house.”

“Well situated villa with lots of things do see and do in the very nice area. The house had a well functioning and well equipped kitchen, suitable for cooking for our large family. Since it was quite warm and we are a large family, an extra refrigerator would have been great. The pool and area around it was very nice and the view of the sea was great.”

“What a beautiful place! It’s an old villa but really gorgeous with terrific views. The beach is about 10 minutes walk downhill and a slog uphill coming back! Levanto is a lovely place. It was spring tides and the surfers were all out! Lots of terrific places to eat and swim and shop.”

The large kitchen and open living area made it easy to cook, eat, and spend time together. “Das Ganze Haus und die Umgebung sind wirklich traumhaft. Es ist aber sehr enttäuschend , wenn ein Haus für 14 Personen angeboten wird und dann nicht mal am selben Tisch ein gemeinsames Essen genossen werden kann, weil es weder Platz noch die Sitzmöglichkeit dazu gibt. Es ist auch absolut daneben, wenn man 1 Woche jeden Morgen kalt duschen muss und das bei einem Haus zu dem stolzen Preis. Wir haben es täglich gemeldet!! “La maison est comme sur les photos avec tous les accessoires nécessaires à un bon séjour. La vue est magnifique - on voit jusqu’à la mer, et la maison reste fraîche pour passer des nuits paisibles.
