“The house overall is not quite in as good of shape as the pictures show. One bathroom sink did not work, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet, screens were all ripped on the back porch, gate in need of repair as well as some other maintenance needed in the home. Overall the place was clean and beds slept well. Not a big fan of all the black linens, makes it hard to tell how clean they really are but that’s just me. House definitely needs some TLC. Owner was quick to respond and courteous. The...

“Last minute I had to book something as I had to pick my son up from Fort Benning due to an injury. When we came into the house, we were taken back. There was a paper towel in the sink filled with dirt, there were washcloths inside the washing machine dirty, some paper towels in the garbage can, and the front bathroom had issues with the toilet. The toilet was actually clogged with stool inside sitting there. I was horrified. I reached out to VRBO and they did give me an adjusted rate, and had...

“Conveniently located near downtown and Maxwell AFB. House had all the basics you needed. Curbside parking on side streets was adequate. House is old with lots of quirks and marginal craftsmanship on upgrades. Cleanliness was okay/marginal with some issues passed along to manager. Master BR has stained glass window that lets a lot of light in during the night from neighbor’s security flood light. Multiple non-functional items: ironing board was broke, multiple remotes not working due to dead...

“What a unique and inviting home! We enjoyed our stay immensely and found the home to be inviting, relaxing and perfect for our family's needs! The floor plan was delightful and accommodated our large family easily. The beds slept comfortably and we enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen. The neighborhood is in a great area,...
