"Mycket nöjda med vår fem dagar långa vistelse. The Prestige Hotel ligger bra till med gångavstånd till de finaste kvarteren i Penang. Fantastisk personal, mycket god frukost, fräscha hotellrum, bra utbud av filmer på TV. Den enda lilla förbättringen som vi kan komma på är att rummen saknar krokar för upphängning av handdukar och kläder. "

"Really nice hotel, very well situated. Staff was superfriendly, breakfast fantastic. Only disapointment was the gym where two out of four machines didn’t work during our stay. One was fixed and the it didn’t work again, so a little bit disapointing. But apart from that great hotel."

"As this was a special occasion for us, we received an upgrade and the room had a wonderful view. The hotel and its rooms has a very nice, elegant design. The room had a luxury feel with nice furniture and large bathroom including a bathtub with a view over the city. Nice! Communication and correspondence before the visit excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. We struggled a bit with getting the right temperature from the AC. Breakfast adequate for a few days stay. A bit limited in choices. Staff always reassuring that guests had a good breakfast experience. Gym well equipped but in a small area"
