“Disgusting. Stained towels (large yellow / red / brown areas), hairs in bed, unfriendly vibe with tons and tons of angry notes all over the place. They do not provide daily housekeeping. Very tight parking spots. ”

“The room was clean and well maintained. Parking was ample. The staff were great and breakfast was lovely. I especially appreciated the custom coffee makers and the big urns. Having both meant I could be in a hurry or grind the beans for a tastier experience. Would stay here again!”

“Conveniently located close to Disneyland and SNA airport and the city of Irvine. The good part of the start was the kitchen/living room in addition to the beds that made us feel at home. We did not however like the breakfast concept where there was a team which cooked the pancakes, eggs and meat all on the same pan. Because of dietary and religious restrictions we could not order a single thing during our 4 days stay. There was one fruit option and cereal option but the whole view of kitchen...

“Starting off with the staff was really lovely. My child and I were given a room next to the hotel HVAC system, a giant unit which was right outside our balcony, it was so loud neither one of us got much sleep. The next morning we were surprised that the breakfast offerings were not that great either, no pancakes, waffles or bacon. We decided to cut our trip at this hotel short and find another option in the area.”

“My sister has mobility challenges. The room where we were originally assigned was not on the first floor. The attendant did some adjusting and got us a room where she could maneuver. The room was lovely . The outside court are was neat, calming and a treat to view out the window. We needed an iron. No problem! Very polite and helpful office staff.”
