“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”

She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come...
