“They have air fresheners plugged in lobbie and a couple hallway to help with musty smell. Rooms smell like a wet basement. Humidity is bad. Mold on windows. Paint peeling around windows because of humidity. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Sink water smells like sulfur. Breakfast was a joke. Sausage links, eggs, hash browns. Went down at 8am and everything was cold. Had to use microwave. Then next day it was the left overs from day before. You could easily tell. Also parking lot was empty...

“Out cottage suite was spacious with acomfortable bed. We enjoyed the scones, biscuits, and chia seed pudding at the continental breakfast. The Inn is conveniently located a couple of blocks from the waterfront restaurants and shops.”

“We just stopped for the night on the way to HHI. The hotel is new, updated, our room was very spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of food options. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative was the glass shower door kept sliding open on the track.”

“This was my first stay at this establishment and I will be back. It’s a cool concept, as a self-service hotel. The room was huge and very comfortable. This is basically a renovated older South Carolina mansion. They did an excellent job. It’s the kind of place mywife will love when I bring her back here. Great work with a cool concept! The building itself is gorgeous and our room was delightfully furnished, decorated, and appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Excellent experience!”
