“The property is situated across the street from beach access on the northern (bay side) of the island, which felt warmer and less windy than the east side on the March day we arrived. It's only a few minute walk and felt like a private beach with few other beach goers during the hours we were there. The townhouse has a terrific layout w/ a master suite, two bedrooms with queen size beds & additional full baths down the hall. Our teens enjoyed having their own space. There is also a child's room...
