“We asked for early check-in but only arrived 15 minutes before check in, they told me I’d need to wait 30 minutes (15 min after check in time). When the man in my group asked, a room was ready in 5 minutes. We rushed off to a wedding to return late at night and find the bathroom has not been throughly cleaned, there was hair and urine on the toilet. We opted to use the downstairs toilet for a clean seat. When I spoke to the desk person the next morning she told me the room was checked by a...

“The room was good for a night. However the ac unit in the room was very loud and was making strange noises. Had to get up a lot to adjust to try and stop the noise. And the light from the thermostat stayed on. We had to cover it up to try and get some sleep. Not really a complainer. But hoping it gets fixed for future customers.”

“Absolutely everything about this hotel is quaint, clean and excellent service! Shelly, front desk was so genuine and helpful. The coffee shop has the right amenities to eat/breakfast/lunch/snacks… Even cocktails and the best coffees in town they serve too. Parking is a breeze… They even leave you two deliciouschocolate chip cookies on your door… Fabulous place to stay, We would return. Much appreciated, Connie & Tim McGuire”

“The staff was very unfriendly when we entered the property at 3 pm. They said come back at 4 pm. We had our emotional support animal and had to wait in the hot sun for an hour. No decent lobby and no outdoor shading. The resort fee is $18 per person but with two pools it is not much of a resort. I think it is a hidden additional room fee. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.”

“I was very pleased with the room and the size of it. Plenty of room to move around. The guest closet was the best, we needed more conditioner. This closet is stocked with anything you need that you may have forgotten. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Beaufort.”
