Spend your days kayaking, fishing, paddleboarding or windsurfing in the bay’s gentle waters, or simply relax and take in the views.

Just a short drive away are Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest, including the beautiful, family-friendly Jimmy’s Beach. You’ll also find Nelson Bay’s cafes and restaurants, Shoal Bay’s beaches, dolphin and whale watching cruises, the Tomaree Head Summit walk and the famous Stockton Sand Dunes.

Pindimar is a quiet, low-traffic waterfront village, so the best way to get around is by car. Most local attractions, beaches and lookouts are a short drive away, and having a car gives you the freedom to explore at your own pace.

🚗 Car – The most convenient way to explore Pindimar and the surrounding Port Stephens region. There’s plenty of parking and easy access to nearby towns like Tea Gardens, Hawks Nest and Nelson Bay.

🚲 Bike – Great for short trips around the village or to the waterfront, especially on calm days. Pindimar’s flat roads and scenic views make cycling enjoyable.

🚶‍♂️ Walk – Many properties are within walking distance of the water and local boat ramps. It’s a lovely way to enjoy the scenery, especially at sunrise or sunset.

🚤 Watercraft – If you have a boat, kayak, paddleboard or windsurfer, the bay is your highway! Many visitors use their own watercraft to travel, fish and explore the waterways.

🚕/Rideshare – Available but limited in the area, so it’s best to plan ahead if you’re relying on a driver service.

🌊 Water Activities
Enjoy paddle boarding or kayaking from the beach. Please note that use of equipment is at your own risk and is not covered by public liability insurance outside the property boundary.

The home has direct beach access. While the water remains shallow for approximately 50 metres from shore, small children must be supervised at all times.

Please bring your own beach towels. Bath towels are provided for indoor use only.

We recommend bringing groceries and snacks. Coles and cafés are about 15 minutes away.

🦟 Insects
Insect repellent is recommended, especially in warmer months.

💧 Water
The home uses rainwater tanks. Please conserve water. If preferred, boil drinking water before use.

🐾 Pets
Up to one small or medium well-behaved pet welcome. No pets on furniture or beds. Extra pet fee applies - please add your pet on to the reservation.

🎥 Security Cameras
There are security cameras positioned around the exterior of the home for safety. There are no cameras inside or in any private areas of the home.

- No smoking anywhere inside the property, including the balcony
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm
