“It is what it is. I am way too old to be doing that style of camping anymore. Just not for me. There was a lot of communication when I booked but haven't heard anything since. I didn't realize some of the things when I booked it.I guess I didn't read or it wasn't there.I don't know. But that hike in and out kinda sucked! The toilet is so crooked.It's hard to go to the bathroom. I get roughing it and camping isn't glamorous?But there's a few things that could make this just a little bit nicer of...

“Just got back from a great girls' trip where we stayed one night. The house was perfect for the eight of us- clean, comfortable and modern. The house may not look like much on the outside but inside t's beautiful - clearly the host put thought into the details. The living room/dining room was perfect for us to hang out in and we never felt cramped. Our only complaint- and it was a big one for our group- was the hot tub took hours to heat and wasn't at the correct temperature until we were ready...

“We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. ”

“We had a great time staying here! The house is a gorgeous historic house with modern amenities. It was a short drive to Kingston which was super convenient. We loved that we could bring our dog with us as well. It is on a main road, but we didn't find that to be a disturbance at all. I would definitely come back here again!!”

“The house is nice and clean and very convenient to get to from the heart of New Paltz. The kitchen isn't very equipped for cooking, but there are plenty of dishes and coffee cups. The upstairs art is pretty uncomfortable and my teenage sons were creeped out by it all. The Hosts are super nice and very responsive. Thank you for a good stay. ”

“The house is very nice. Everything you need is available. The beds are comfortable. Only we disliked the bathroom shower heads (junk). Be aware of ticks if you bring pets. In terms of improvement, I would like to have blinds in the living room. ”
