“The location was excellent, right off I95, easy off, easy on. The room was clean, there was plenty of room for my stuff, the tv worked and there were plenty of channels to choose from. Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of choices, food was constantly being made and offered. Coffee was delicious. The only problem I found was the vent in the bathroom pushed the shower curtain into the shower area. Overall, a great place to stay.”

“My recent stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Virginia was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. Nothing was terrible, but the experience didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from this brand. “All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. “First room we got smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it and had to ask for another one.
