“When I checked in I was given a room number and key card and upon opening my assigned room I was greeted to a man sleeping on the bed. He then woke up and started screaming. Apparently there was a mistake and I was given an occupied room and the card to a room that was occupied. The mistake was made right but that experience was a little disturbing for a solo 19 year old girl traveling late at night. Overall room was not horrible but that experience was not very pleasant and I would not stay at...

“Booked a room with a king bed but was given a room with two queens. It worked out and room was comfortable and clean. Just not what we were expecting.”

“Place was clean, but in a medical facility kind of way. Also, woke up to no hot water. Front desk acknowledged no hot water in the kitchen either. Another said it must be that everyone was using hot water at once. I asked if showers by guests at 7:00 am on a weekday was not something they expected.
