“My family enjoyed our stay at the Cozy House. It was a nice, comfortable home with lots of added amenities. You can tell the owner puts a lot of care into the home. I didn’t have such a great experience with the property management company. Many times I didn’t get a response. Luckily, the housekeeper/neighbor was very involved and attentive to our needs - without her this wouldn’t have been a good experience. The location was good because I like to be away from the city, but it was difficult...

“Excellent sums it up! The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The rooms were large, with plenty of room for everyone without being in anyone's way. The host was very kind and responsive, and the house was easy to get into. We used the fire pit for s'mores. We appreciated the host adding the grill at the last minute—we love to grill out! We highly recommend and would definitely stay the next time we are in town.”
