“Very nice property and large, spacious house. We brought two dogs along and they had a blast exploring and playing outside. The gameroom was a hit with the entire family, with challenges to pool, arcade and basketball. There were 15 of us, three generations, with our youngest being four. The house was very clean, with all of the amenities we needed. As the grandparents, we stayed in the large master suite, which has a very comfy bed. We had a great time and I highly recommend this home!”

“Took a snow trip with our 3 kids and dog as an alternative to the Tahoe area. I should’ve researched the elevation of Arnold better- I didn’t realize there wouldn’t likely be snow at the property. But it was only about 30 minutes to the summit with plenty of snow and skiing and I didn’t mind it after all. Even on President’s Day Weekend, traffic in the area was fine compared to the Tahoe area. “The house was very easy to get into and very clean. Suzanne left the snow shovel outside and we needed it when we got there. Kitchen was fully stocked. Wifi was flawless. Princess room was a big hit for our girls. 3 min walk to the lake! Highly recommend!”

“We had the best time staying at the cub house with our 3 kids- ages 7, 11 and 13. The house had plenty of cozy blankets and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans so it was easy to cook dinner. We felt very comfortable, safe and had a great time playing games and enjoying the hot tub. This was truly a fantastic property and we hope to come back soon.”

“My family and I stayed at the cabin for 4 days during my daughter's winter break. It had everything we needed to manage the little ones, cook, relax, and have fun. There are many forest roads about 100 yards away for a morning hike. The local grocery was very close and convenient. The space is nice for a family with little ones. There was a creek running behind the cabin that the kids enjoyed walking down and there was a private lake with a playground that we got to explore.”

We especially loved cooking in the kitchen and we all took note that it was equipped with everything we needed. We also loved the big fireplace during our rainy stay.
