“We really enjoyed our stay at the chalet. The screened in porch was so pleasant however there were only 3 chairs around the outside dining table and one of those was broken. If you have more than 2 people you couldn’t enjoy all the porch has to offer. Other than that we will be back.”

“In town for the weekend. A nice place to stay with easy access to Fantasy in Lights, Wild Safari Park, and FDR State Park. The rental had plenty of space for 6 adults. The cabin was clean. There are plenty of activities at the resort. The cabins are not new by any means, but well taken care of.”

“My only complaint would be the kitchen. I know we don't go on vacation to cook but this kitchen was woefully inadequate. If you rent this unit, be prepared the kitchen is not supplied enough for cooking even breakfast (i.e. one terrible frying pan). Overall the property is fine for a few nights. Very clean and exactly as described. ”

“The house was nice. Large enough for our family and well equipped. The only issue was the carpet really needs a deep cleaning or replacing. There was a very strong smell and I feel is likely due to the carpet. We did enjoy the house and it has been updated nicely. The owners suite is very large, as is the downstairs bedroom, with a couch and loveseat. Nice TVs, good internet, a must for teenagers and football season. Close to everything.”

“I love the location of this property on the lake. There is a swing below the deck that is the perfect place to have a morning cup of coffee. The office staff is friendly and very helpful with a full list of restaurants and things to do. Callaway Gardens is beautiful this time of year, and this chalet was perfect for our long weekend getaway!”

“The cabin was perfect for our large family gathering. Plenty of room for everyone - we never felt overcrowded. The cabin itself is old but charming and was very clean. Location is just 5 minutes from Callaway Gardens and within walking distance to a restaurant. Also the resort area has loads of things to do - we especially enjoyed family tournaments at the pool table! ”
