This will be our new go to when in the area ! By far our favorite as we come several times a year to the area and have never had good luck with rentals in the past… until we found this gem ! 10/10 !”

“My family stayed here for a short weekend. Upon arrival it looked like it had been cleaned however there was hair in both showers, an odd smell in the living room and the rug in the living room looked like it had never been vacuumed. While the cleanliness was off putting, the comfort was worse. The couch was also not clean and the beds were broken, lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine....

“We had a great stay at this lovely home in Groveland. The house was spotless and had all we needed for a comfortable visit. Nicholas promptly responded to all our communication. We had plenty of space for a group of 5 traveling together (it could sleep more if traveling as couples). Of note, you'll hear footsteps of the people walking on the floors above you, which is fairly standard of houses of this construction. It was not an issue, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring...

“Fantastic stay. 5 nice, clean rooms. Love that the host is so responsive. We asked about outdoor seating cushions and they very quickly responded and got them to us. Love the location and proximity to Twain Harte. We walked to town every day and it was beautiful. We will likely book this stay again. ”

“great cabin, I didnt know how many beds and which we will get but I had a great surprise. 2 queen bedroom and another unit of queen +1 single downstairs for our teenage boy, which was perfect. very comfortable and close to the lake. clean and spacious”

“Beautiful home, beautiful location ! Great hosts. The lake was amazing to play in and the house was perfect. Just be aware there is a 50/car fee to get into the community. It is not disclosed until you’re heading there so for us it was an additional 200 that we didn’t plan on. I would recommend this home but just need to know this fee exists”
