“Location was great! The house desperately needs a few things. There were screens missing from doors which made it difficult to get airflow as there is no central a/c, couldnt leave doors open without letting mosquitoes and flies in. The washer doesnt spin the water out (even after 2 spin cycles), and the dryer took almost 3 hours to dry 1 load. The place overall was beautiful! But does need a good top to bottom cleaning (walls/doors in bathrooms and by kitchen trash were dirty). Kitchen...

“The only problems were the "Jetted Tub" did not jet. The button was broken and fell when tried to use.The screen door had no handle/latch no way to close the door. Had to prop open with chair to keep from banging in the wind.”
