“We loved our stay. Beautiful home . The amenities were excellent . location amazing so close to the town of Bergerac and by the river. Pool was nice and warm ( be sure to put the cover on each night to keep the warmth ) . The only warning is keep mosquito repellant handy. Being near water and the River. Check in quick . It would be nice to have Fans in the living areas & bedrooms but the walls are thick so over all house stays pretty cool. Wonderful Charm and we had a great time - Will go again...

“Lovely, well equipped property. Hosts very responsive and helpful, will also suggest very good quality local restaurants to try. Villa was comfortable and has everything you need. Although it now needs a few updates in places, overall we had an excellent stay in a great Villa. ”

“We stayed with friends and family at this beautiful manor/farm house with 8 King bedrooms and 1 dorm rooms. There is lots of space for people to relax and enjoy this wonderful part of the world. The host was considerate and helpful. Highly recommended.”

The house was so well equipped, the pool was magical but best of all was Laurence and her family who were so quick to respond to any problems, yet stayed out of sight at all other times. It was exemplified on our last night when we all went out for a final dinner and our hosts asked if we would mind if they used the pool. As the temperature was around 32 degrees it seemed an excellent idea. About as perfect as any holiday we have had — and we have had a lot!”

“Perfect in every way! The exterior grounds are breathtaking and the home was perfect for a group celebration. Every bedroom had a private bath, along with another full bath off the pool area. All amenities were top of the line and the hosts most gracious. We could not have picked a better place for visiting St Emilion, Pomerol, and out to the Dordogne region of Sarlat, Le Rowue Gageac, Domme & the caves. 5 stars!”

“We all had a absolutely wonderful time here. Enough space and facilities for everyone to do things together and/or have quite time with a book somewhere. The river nearby offered even more more great fun and activities. Eric was an amazing host with lots of help and info of where to go for markets etc. We can recommend this beautiful spot for big families.”
