“Its a small apartment. The base boards look like they were cleaned with muddy water, the shower is heavily stained. Its in a terrible neighborhood. Bullet holes in the post right outside the front door!”

“Enjoyed our stay! I liked that there was an alarm. We came in late at night, the area looked a little sketchy at night, had a better view in the daytime, all was good. The location is close to all the stores you could possibly need. The water pressure was less than stellar, especially if you have thick curly hair, lol. The beds were comfortable, but some of the sheets had stains. Over all a pleasant stay, I would stay again. Thank you!!”

“Older property a bit run down. Biggest problem is the smell when opening the front door. Couch has stains and perhaps is part of the smell reason. King bed was good. Remote for bedroom is broken without batteries. Quiet area and very convenient for downtown Alexandria.”

“Day one the refrigerator don’t work, day two the washer flooded the bathroom/bedroom floor. The landlord said he sent someone by, I don’t risk trying to use the washer again so I’m not sure he ever showed up. I asked for more towels and he said I would have to put the ones I had in a trash bag outside to get new ones. I never did, I just dried them and used them. I also think the landlord uses AI to manage the property. Responses seem computer generated. Area is not great either. ”

“This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. I am very pleased and will stay here again.”

“This home was beyond filthy with stained sheets, stained shower, maggots , mildew and mold. The smell inside could possibly be interior mold. We didnt even stay after seeing it upon check in. The owner refused to refund our money and stopped responding to my messages and claimed he was working with VRBO but has kept ALL of our funds.
