“Unit is in need of repairs and updates. Kitchen sink faucet falling off. Dryer does not work, lack of eating utensils, bathroom tub just worn out. Kitchen drawers barely open. We had gun shots outside the unit the first night we were there.”

“Unfortunately left a day early because of the conditions. Photos will be provided. There were stained linens, bugs, breast milk left in the microwave, as well as pliers in the pull out couch. The odor was also potent. While we stuck it out for one night, we decided to leave entirely because of these conditions. Very disappointed as the photos portrayed a clean & comfortable stay. “This place served its purpose for us during our stay in alexandria. It was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do.However,The layout of the apartment is rather odd. The bathroom is in the kitchen. And despite 3 large "no smoking" signs, the interior smelled strongly of cigarettes. 1 star for the colony of cats outside.”
