“The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. “We traveled to Moms cabin from upstate NY for a family wedding in NC. It was a fabulous location, we had our 4 year old grandson with us and we were able to do morning and evening fishing which he loved! Loved the screened in porch, it was an excellent week of adventure.”

We enjoyed our time by the fire and eating our meals outside. The nature scenery was very serene with birds and deer passing by. “We found this little gem of a place to stay in Matthews on VRBO while visiting our daughter and grandchildren. Easy to find, perfect location, close to shopping and restaurants. It's cleverly decorated in all black and white giving it a special charm. Well stocked with necessities and very clean. property manager was very responsive! Would definitely stay again.”
