“Beautiful lake front property. The home was very clean and well organized. Everything we needed and more was there. They have inner tubes and kayaks available and a lovely dock for fishing or just laying out. The owners are right next door if you needed anything which we did not, but still nice to know they were close by. It was really hot while we were there and the house stayed really cool. Would definitely rebook. ”

“This was the perfect place for a retreat with a mix of southern hospitality and the country life not far from civilization. Mitsy and Jason were the best host we’ve had thus far. They do their best to ensure you have fun and relaxing experience with all of the games, ATV and trails as well as the hot tub! You won’t be disappointed we definitely weren’t. Be sure to visit the pigs especially Jolene and her mini Jolene’s and big ole Mac. Lol ask for a conversation with petunia. ”

“Cabin was in such a private location but with all the amenities you could want. The county road to the cabin is pretty primitive but totally worth it. Kayaks were a great perk and fishing from the dock was fun, even if we didn't catch anything. Kitchen was well appointed and the bathrooms were large and super clean. No need to take towels or shampoo or soap or toilet paper/paper towels; all provided. Those are little things that set this property a step above most. Comfy couches in the living...

“Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. ”
