“Very old and worn down building, but the room was modern and clean. Wifi terrible with multiple dead periods every evening. Water pressure in the shower terrible. Quiet and clean room. No breakfast until 8:30 in the weekend. Parking right outside, but cramped space.”

“No heating in the room, it was 6 degrees in there all night. They gave me a new room in the morning, but when I arrived after work it was just 12 degrees in that room. It®s also very worn down with stains everywhere on walls and floors, and it smells of mold.”

“We came to visit family who live nearby in the village, so it was very convenient to stay at the Red Lion. The apartment was great, the super-king-sized bed was very comfortable with lovely cotton sheets, and there was a great shower. Staff were very friendly and the apartment block is a short walk from the pub, so it is private and quiet. Would definitely stay again . ”

“Very convenient place. Many restaurants around. We stayed 3 nights in 2 triple rooms with our teenage children. As the reception was open around the clock, it helped us a lot with late night check in. Kudos to the person on night duty at the reception on all days! He was very service minded.
