The area is safe for international travellers with key landmarks such as The Zocalo, Bellas Artes, and The Cathedral within a couple of blocks. Meet-up options for tours are also close by, although it often made more sense to walk a few blocks to grab our Uber because traffic is slow. No big deal, but wearing comfortable shoes is a must. Food options are plentiful, readily available, and steps away: 24-hr Taqueria Los Cocuyos...
