“Was made very welcoming the lobby area smelt lovely.breakfast was plentiful . Room space was large. Would definitely stay here again”

“Very minimal services. Not very handicap friendly. Hot water does not come very quick due to hot water tank being in a different building. Walls are thin. Phones in rooms did not work. Most lighting was unplugged when entering room. Staff was nice. Breakfast minimal choice. I know it was off season for the hotel. But when arriving the place looked closed down and not open. ”

These listed are my reasons for 5 star. In this life there are a rare few who shine their light in the dark. This treasure of a gem packs kindness full. The hot water lasted a very long time. The heater worked fantastic, as did the AC when * got too hot. Thank you for a fantastic life experience!!! CharisaaG”

“The lodge is nice and charming. Pool areas good and water clean. The rooms are dated, but ours was clean and good. The bar and restaurants are okay. I guess the staff is Midwest nice, but maybe a little bit lazy. I don’t get the feeling anyone would go the extra mile to make my stay better. But with the price tag it’s good value for money, I would go back.”
