Helen has great knowledge of the Island. The breakfast was great as well. The view from the room was amazing especially the sunrise.â
âWe stayed in Haven Hall and had such a great experience there! The owner David came to greet us and showed us around his property which they renovated for 4 years prior to opening as a boutique hotel. The hotel has beautiful decor inside and a spectacular waterfront. We were asked in the evening what we wish for a breakfast on the next day and they made it exactly the way we requested. We wish we spend more days on the island and definitely would recommend this hotel for everyone who is visiting...
âThe hotel has nice staff in the restaurant but otherwise it seemed that they really couldn't care less about taking care of customers. The room was dusty with old nails on the floor and the bathroom hadn't gotten a good cleaning in a long time. When this was pointed out to the staff they brushed of some parts and sprayed airfreshner all over the place. As for the public spaces in the hotel they could really need a brush up, especially the carpets (they smelled).

âClean and comfortable, it made us feel at home even if only for one night. Many thanks to the gentleman at the reception who, despite being tired, kindly waited for us until the very last moment late at night to check us in.â
âAbsolutely wonderful stay. Very clean room, just needed to request extra pillows, which were provided and made sleeping much easier. Quiet room, wonderful sounds of seagulls in the morning. A lovely view of the sea through one window! So pleasant, and a great location!â

It has been recently refurbished to a good standard and was very clean.
The team were all very friendly and helpful and the food was very good.
Bembridge itself is fairly small and quiet but it is easy to get to from the ferries and was also a good base for touring the island.
Definitely recommended if you're looking for a nice place to stay for an Isle of Wight break.â

"Smakfullt dekorerat hotell som drivs av en engagerad familj.
Rummet var rÀtt litet men sÀgen var stor.
Fanns badkar som jag gillar och dÄ trycket i duschen var lÄgt var det enklare att bada.
Stora fina badhandukar men svÄrt att hÀnga upp dem.
Provade inte poolen men den sÄg hÀrlig ut.
God frukost mÄnga hÀrliga soffor bÄde ute och inne.
Vi hade en bra upplevelse och ett fantastiskt bemötande!"
