“Stor och fin lägenheten i förhållande till priset dock var service och bemötande mycket dåligt. Vi fick byta lägenhet dag två då det läckte in vatten genom taket i den vi bodde i först. Den vi fick istället var äldre, klart mindre och saknade balkong, öppenspis och tvättmaskin. Detta påpekade vi för hon som stod i receptionen och förväntade oss någon form av kompensation men vi fick inget. Vi bad även henne ta detta med sin chef men vi fick ingen återkoppling alls. “We arrived after a 3-day hiking trip in the Pirin National Park, dirty and tired, so the spa of the hotel was a pleasant experience. The room was nice and clean, with good coffe available in the room which was welcome after drinking Nescafe for a few days. The breakfast buffét had lots of options and everything was as expected on this point from one of the best hotels in Bansko. ”

“We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One...
