“We arrived after a 3-day hiking trip in the Pirin National Park, dirty and tired, so the spa of the hotel was a pleasant experience. The room was nice and clean, with good coffe available in the room which was welcome after drinking Nescafe for a few days. The breakfast buffét had lots of options and everything was as expected on this point from one of the best hotels in Bansko. ”

“Ruby Tower is a nice, small apartment building about a 5-minute walk to the town shops/restaurants. It's about a 10-minute walk from the town center, and probably 15 minutes to the base gondola. For skiing, most of the shops will pick you up at your hotel with your skis, so just make arrangements the day prior. For us (family of 5), this worked out great. Back to the apartment, it is roomy and spacious. There's a supermarket right around the corner, so you can buy b-fast or dinner items to cook...

“Bansko'ya kayak tatili için arkadaşımla geldim. Bu otel Bansko da kayak tatili yapmak için ideal. Kayak kiralama opsiyonu sağlıyor ve şehirdeki diğer yerlere kıyasla daha ucuz. Biz günlük 20 levaya kiraladık. Kahvaltı güzel, akşam yemek porsiyonları da büyük. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Şehir merkezinden biraz uzak. “This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. ”

“The location is good, parking facilities in the basement (extra charge), pool and sauna ok, too crowded at breakfast and dinner and food not great. Skiing area is nice but the waiting for the gondola to go up the mountain is at least 1,5 hrs between 8 am - 11.30 am (not enough capacity during popular skiing times such as February).”
