Excellent house!

The location and house were perfect for our family! We loved playing darts and ping pong downstairs when it was raining outside, and the kitchen and bedrooms had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again!

Great property and location!

Had a great stay for the guys bike trip weekend. Plenty of room and the porch and fire pit were great spots to hang off before/after rides. The garage was great for storing the bikes as well.

Excellent Listing

The house is nicely decorated and clean. It has no close neighbors and is very quiet. It's very convenient to Brevard and Hendersonville.

This home was absolutely wonderful, clean, spacious and great for the dog! It was peaceful, the stars were bright, and the fire pit was so nice after a long day of college baseball! A few Good to Know items: the mattresses are firm, which my family likes but a good thing to know. Also the fridge does not have a water dispenser so grab a gallon before you head up. Apple Maps had a hard time finding the location and Google Maps says the house is further up the road than it actually is so be cautious when navigating. A wonderful weekend stay! Thanks for having us!

Thanksgiving Trip

We loved the property and will be renting again. First time we have been away from home for Thanksgiving and we were a little nervous. No need….it was great! The house had everything we needed and the property is beautiful. And the surrounding area was so wonderful. And the fire pit was an added bonus.

This was our second stay at BK's hideaway. Everything was excellent. Being close to Brevard, but still away from close neighbors was important to us. I didn't have to call for anything, so that's a good thing. I was able to do everything from your website.

One minor recommendation. The kitchen could use a large skillet and a knife sharpener.

We loved the property; with being the first time our family has ever been away on Thanksgiving, we were nervous about not having everything for cooking. We should not have been; it was wonderful. Beautiful home, beautiful furnishings, and the surrounding forest was magnificent. Thank you! I did not speak with anyone directly but the text messages I received covered everything we needed.

Great Stay!

BKs Hideaway was a great house located about 15 minutes outside downtown Brevard. There's a large open area containing the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house which is great when traveling with friends. The beds were very comfortable. The house was well equipped. The shower water pressure is a little on the low side but is fine as long as two showers aren't going at the same time. The bath towels are a little older and thin but work fine. The fire pit was wonderful!Be aware the house is 3 miles off the main road and the drive up the mountain is a little treacherous at night. Also, the turn into the driveway is a little tight - we actually backed in to make it easier. All in all, I recommend this place if you're looking to be close to town but want to be a bit secluded.
