Upstairs, you will find a landing furnished with a library, two bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined together—each with its own shower room, and a separate WC. Outside, you can enjoy a shaded terrace and a 46m² garden. A laundry room is available in an outbuilding. The property is fully enclosed and has private parking.
