“We stayed there for 5 nights (April 9 -14, 2017) at room no. 2. We had such an enjoyable time there as the owners, Mr. Viviano and Mrs. Carla and their sons, were very friendly to us. They gave us useful information concerning Montecatini and Tuscany. We really appreciated this family-run hotel. Our room was very clean and done every day. We also had a good sleep every night after long walks and sightseeing activites. The via F. Cavallotti road where the hotel is situated is very tranquil....

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Durch die Nähe zur Autobahn ein perfekter Standort für Touren an die Küste und in die Berge sowie nach Florenz. ”

“Staubedingt kamen wir zum Anreisetermin 1,5 Std. zu spät. Trotzdem sehr herzlicher Empfang und problemloser Empfang ! Besonders hervor zu heben : der sehr gut sprechende und äußerst nette "Hausmeister" der täglichen "Brötchenservice" etc. bot und sich um Poolpflege und Außenanlage kümmerte. Rundum ein wirklich tolles Feriendomizil mit beeindruckender Ruhe und Aussicht ! Wirklich einziges " Manko" sind die letzten 500m Zufahrt sehr steil auf schmaler Privatstrasse bis zum Haus. “We had a lovely couple of weeks at Jacopo’s house. The house has been beautifully restored and set in an olive grove and vineyards. The house is relatively remote but within easy 10mins drive to towns. A car is essential for a stay at this property. Jacopo was a great host and readily available if we needed him, and gave great tips and advice vice on places to visit. We would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. ”
