Add to this a very kind and helpfull housekeeper. We had two wonderfull weeks and would love to come back. We hebben heel veel gezien van de wijde omgeving, en het terugkeren naar dit vakantiehuis was elke keer een thuiskomen. Super dat er voor alle ramen horren zitten, buiten hadden we veel last van stekende insekten, maar binnen helemaal niet. Elk gezin had zijn eigen badkamer en keuken en daarnaast was er ook een professionele gemeenschappelijke keuken (die wel wat klein uitviel qua werkruimte). Buiten een mooi groot zwembad dat om de twee dagen onderhouden werd. Vuilnis werd eveneens opgehaald. We hebben onze ogen de kost gegeven aan het formidabele uitzicht, het huisje was wel enkel te bereiken via een steile bergbeklimming van een 3-tal kilometer.”

“Comfortable and well maintained house overviewing the entire valley. Lovely terras with grill. Large swimming pool reachable via stairs. Quiet location, about 10/15 minutes to the nearest grocery store and butcher. You definitely need a car. We would love to come back in future. Nice places to visit within max 1 hr drive are Perugia (30 min), Cortona (45 min), Gubbio ( 1 hr). Lake Transimeno only 35 min away. Warm welcome by Philip and Madeline both speeking perfectly English.”

“A wonderful place for a large family gathering in the hills of Tuscany. The view is stupendous and the setting is green and peaceful. Farmhouse feel and close to nature. So much to do in the area from small local Trattoria to Arezzo, Siena and Florence. The hosts, Giuseppe and Marina are friendly and helpful and even set up a Tuscan cooking evening for us. We had 20 family members from 9 months to 91 and all had a great time. Many happy memories.”

“I rented this house for the last two weeks of september 2019 to celebrate my 50th birthday and invited friends and family. I didnt want to have to rent a car so that was one reason for the choise of this villa, besides the possibility to house nine and the poolarea. “Quaint, comfortable apartment with spectacular views from patio. Easy walking distance to main square. Alen, the property manager who checked us in was great; a Cortona resident who provided lots of suggestions. Samantha, the owner was also easy to work with and stayed in communication from booking to departure. Highly recommend property and host.
