“The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable. However, the staff were not particularly friendly. The reception staff seemed uninterested, and the service at breakfast was also quite unfriendly. A warm welcome and a more positive attitude from the staff would have made the stay much more enjoyable. Overall, the cleanliness was good, but the customer service was disappointing.”

“Perfect location. Huge room. Very happy. Only issue is hardly any cooking utensils and no microwave ”

“NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. “There is nothing to complain about. Its a solid budget friendly hotel.”

“The appartment was not clean, an heavy smell of sewer. Many places in the apartment was really dirty: bathroom curtain, oven and fridge was destroyed. There were dirty bed sheet in a wardrobe entrance. The wifi password was not given to us and after our arrival we had no answer at all from the property. Hopefully we have booked only one night. I do not recommend this place.”
