Pensionat i Piti

“The hotel is ok, the rooms are nice and clean with large size rooms with ac, tv and a fridge. Complimentary coffee and donuts. The rooms are a little past best before date but definitely ok for the price. The staff are friendly and helpful A tip is that Guam is totally worthless if you do not have a car since there are no public transportations at all. But the hotel does offer free picup from and to the airport.”

“It's in a good location walking distances to restaurants, groceries ATM McDonald's. Friendly staff as well.”

“I enjoyed the hotel and lagoon like beach. There were beautiful fish just swimming around my legs, but it was not dredged so it was hard to walk in the water due to many large flat rocks. The water was also very shallow during the day, and ok at high tide. The staff were very helpful.”

“Worth every dollar. I have stayed at this location on and off for over 20 years and I can say the new renovations tremendously improve the rooms and the overall location is generally accessible to many things you want to do in Guam. Tumon has the touristy spots while you are stoned throw from KMart, the mall, and a good steakhouse downstairs. Overall I recommend the location and the price is very reasonable for the room cleanliness and amenities. Only set back was that they didn’t provide any...

“The Plaza is a well maintained hotel that's inexpensive and accommodationing. For the price, it stands head and shoulders above any of the similar priced locations.”

“***The property owners have several units at different addresses. Be sure to confirm the address prior to booking! I was looking specifically for the Hagatna area. It was just me so I didn't need a lot of space. The location - for PEDRO'S PLACE only - was good. There was 1 assigned spot per unit and plenty of street parking in a decent neighborhood. One TV in the living room, unfortunately none of the 3 remotes linked to the TV and I had to use the power button to turn it on and off and had...
