“The property owner didn’t sent the details of how to get into the location as mentioned which should’ve been 24 hours ahead of time. Once we checked in the location was ok besides tons of spider webs on the outside. The location had a smell in there once arriving air fresheners could have helped. The shower door in the master bath continued to be off track which caused me and my friend to be stuck in the shower. There were no bath rugs weren’t there. The towels had dark spots and wholes in them....

Could solve that by having a cheat sheet of when garbage should be taken down. Need to change description about the garage remote and get email information when checking in for app. Clarification about check out rules/requests. Grill has seen better days.”

“Our stay here was absolutely amazing. This property is so beautiful and clean. The home is very high end, with so much thought to every detail, It feels like you are staying in an expensive hotel. The kitchen is large and has everything you could think of needing to cook and bake. It had plenty of room for our group, and everybody loved the rooms they were sleeping in. The homeowner was extremely kind and responsive and she provided so many “extras” like paddle boards, oars, and a pedal boat. If...
