“Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though.”

“Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”

“We needed a place to stay when we had an extended power outage. The room and hotel were so clean, the staff was excellent, and this is a great location. I have recommended this location for anyone needing a place to stay in Oakland, as it’s so convenient for anyone at Pitt or UPMC. The food was great as well!”

“After the 3rd party booking app messed up our reservation, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and reassuring.
