“My husband, son and our friends enjoyed staying at this home. We all slept comfortably and had all of the necessary amenities. Hosts were very proactive and responsive. Appreciated the added touch they provided with the Vermont Maple syrup for our pancakes (I had actually forgot to bring syrup) and coffee. The group was able to enjoy the hot tub each night after a long day of skiing! Will definitely look to stay here again!”

Clean and functional kitchen. A responsive owner that was immediately available for any questions. The view of the lake was delightful. If you find yourself in the Poultney VT. vicinity, this is the place to stay.”

“Beautiful Location and super clean house! We loved being right on the lake and loved the views at sunrise and sunset, especially. Close to Woodstock and the little market right down the street on the corner is perfect for grabbing last minute items or ingredients for a quick dinner. Only issue was the king bed was actually two twin beds pushed together ( that wasn’t very securely put together.) Fun little game room with keyboard and great Wi-Fi.”

“This is our second stay at Joel’s condo. His improvements to the lower floor are very nice and made a lot of sense. We enjoyed the location and condo once again. Joel continues to be very thoughtful and helpful. A great place to get away, relax, and have fun. We also got some late season skiing in for those of us who enjoy the slopes.”

“We loved our stay. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen ever. Better than being at home even! Really loved the porch area for storing ski gear. The hot tub felt great. Loved all the windows. So much light and great view. The only small draw back was it’s not a true ski in ski out. The trail is close but you do need to walk a bit to get to it. Overall we had a great visit and would stay here again!”

“Our ski group reunions look a little different these days with little ones, but this house is perfect. With two floors and private bedrooms for all, we has 12 adults and 3 small children stay comfortably. The communal space is awesome with a long table for "family" dinners and socializing. Two refrigerators is clutch with such a big group and the proximity to killington skyship and bear mountain lodge make it SO easy to have a group of skier/non-skiers without being too far away. “This is a beautiful, large home in a fabulous location, but we were frustrated to discover that, despite being advertised as "sleeps 10", it does not, in fact, sleep 10. In fairness, the listing only describes beds for 8, but we assumed that there was something not listed (pull out couch, air mattress, etc) for the last two. Sadly, there was not. The owners were responsive, but two in our group still had to sleep on the floor for our stay. There were also not enough plates or silverware, even...
