“This was our first time staying at this lovely small condo only one block from the beach in Venice, Florida. Nicely appointed, much better than a hotel room. The two of us had room to work, play, and hang out close to my mom‘s house. Really nice step in shower and upgraded bathroom. And the little touches were well appreciated - beach equipment, sand chairs, umbrella, fan, nightlight. The owners have thought of it all. Thank you for such a nice stay!”

“My family spent 4 nights in the condo and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We eloved having our morning coffee on the back patio while watch the dolphins play! ”

“The unit was as advertised with the exception of a missing blender. When I contacted Marcus (the host) he responded immediately and gave us the go ahead to purchase a new one and reimbursed me as soon as I sent him the receipt.The unit was well stocked and even had a washer/dryer in the unit. Comfy mattress and really clean and well-maintained unit. I would definitely rent this again. ”

“The condo was very nice and had everything we could need. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenware was in great condition. The area is still recovering from the hurricane but the beach is beautiful. I love this location with the best of both the bay side and the beach.”

“Very nice condo, well stocked with everything we needed. The location is great; very quiet and the beach in front of the complex is awesome. All the other guests staying there were friendly too. The only thing we noticed was the outside areas could be cleaned up a bit. There were rusty lawn chairs left by the swings and a lot of beach items left sitting around the property that could have been stored away. We will look forward to returning to this property in the future.”
