âSis and I arrived a few hours prior to check-in time. Warmly greeted and offered coffee, juice and fresh native fruit. Delicious. Our rooms were ready and we were able to occupy them. No A/C, but leaving the doors open there was a nice breeze and sounds of the ocean waves. Early to rise with the local roosters; but refreshing sound compared to the city noise. Older accommodations; but clean. Enjoyable stay. â

âStayed for 2 nights pre-cruise. Nice and conveniently located to the port in the center of Papeete. Very clean and new, lovely bathroom and great beds, rooms are large. The pool in the hotel is quite small and there are watercycling-classes for people not staying at the hotel at least 2 times a day, but that seems to be a standard on Tahiti, it was a fact in every place we stayed in. Breakfast and all food/drinks are ridiculously priced, so we did not try it out. There is a gas-station just...
