“We enjoyed our stay. We were very busy so we weren’t in the house very much but we did enjoy the house. The living room dining room kitchen area was very roomy. We did have 5 in the space and it was very comfortable. I enjoyed the architectural work and can appreciate all the hard work that has been put in to restore this wonderful home.”

“Katie was very quick to respond and a very gracious host. The house is a few blocks from Providence College campus, so it was perfect for seeing my daughter. The house is also less than 10 minutes to downtown and all the other wonderful Providence attractionsThe house was very neat and tidy when we arrived and it was nice to have parking spots behind the house so we did not need to park on the street. “We booked this property because it was advertised as an “entire house,” but when we arrived we found that wasn’t the case—there are people living downstairs. We could clearly hear them talking through the door that separates the first and second floors, which took away from the privacy we expected. It looks like the listing has been updated since we booked, but just be aware that this rental is only the top floor of an occupied home. Nice house overall, but not the private stay we anticipated”

“This was a conveniently located, clean and very roomy home. There are a ton of beds for sleeping room for a much larger group then we had (4 adults, 1 dog), the driveway and garage parking are a huge plus, and there are some great restaurants nearby. Jenny is super responsive and accommodating and we loved the layout of the house, which had a more split-level design vs one tall stairway.
