I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn, and it was a lovely experience overall. The hotel was beautiful and impeccably clean, with plenty of fun amenities for kids, like a swimming pool, an arcade, and bumper cars and a bowling alley
The breakfast was fantastic on Sunday morning, with a wonderful and friendly waitress.( Extremely accommodating and caring)
However, there were some downsides.
The front desk staff was friendly during check-in Saturday night but unfortunately, the lady at the front desk on Sunday and Monday morning was quite unfriendly and lacked customer service. Additionally, while the breakfast experience on Sunday was delightful, Monday morning was disappointing.
The waitress on Monday had a poor attitude and was not welcoming. She was sitting and having coffee while ignoring guests, which impacted the experience.( Extremely Rude and didn’t respect the guests)
Overall, the hotel is great and clean, and I enjoyed my stay, but it’s important to note that the staff truly makes or breaks the experience. As guests, we’re paying a significant amount, and we deserve good service and a positive attitude. I hope the management takes this into consideration for future guests.
